My name is Deja! I am 4 years old and I weigh 62 lbs. I was surrendered to the rescue because my family could no longer take care of me because of health problems. I am fostered in Danbury, North Carolina but easy, affordable transportation is available. I am a very smart girl and I learn quickly. I ride well in the car and walk on a leash without pulling. I am house trained and I am well behaved in the house. I rarely bark, even when the other dogs are barking. I am mellow and laid-back in the house. I enjoy hiking through the woods with my people and I really like being able to get in the lake! I don't like to be outside by myself for long periods but would rather go out and do my business and then come right back in. I am a really good girl and I'm ready and waiting to go to my new home.
