Leia is approx. 10 lbs and 18 mos. old. She loves to be in your lap and snuggle in bed at bedtime. Leia prefers someone go outside with her but will venture out on her own if she is confident she can get back in when ready. She is housetrained, leash trained, crate trained, and loves to go for car rides. Leia was going to work with her owner everyday to an assisted living facility until a bigger dog there bit her, then the facility owner decided Leia should stay home for her own safety. Her owner felt this was unfair for Leia to have to be alone so much and surrendered her to the rescue. Leia has a medium energy level and a submissive temperament. She loves kids and would do fine with one or two other small submissive dogs. She would probably enjoy being an only pet more though. I have been spayed, heartworm tested, had my shots, been dewormed, and microchipped. I have transportation to the northeastern states.
