Hi! I'm Smokey! I was found as a stray and taken to a high kill shelter. I'm safe and now looking for my true and loving forever home! Yes, I'm a beauty with a big heart! I have beautiful ice blue eyes! I'm approx. 1 1/2 years old and approx. 60-65 pounds(2/2/18). I'm extremely sweet, loving, friendly and playful. I'm well socialized and have never met a stranger! You'll see how wonderful I am in my video! I'm great with kids, cats and other dogs. I'm highly intelligent and mind well, inside and out. I am pretty calm and laid back in the house . I ignore the cats, indoors and outdoors. I'm house and leash trained. I know a few commands. I have a small, superficial wound on my back left leg. I was put on antibiotics and I'm healing quickly. I love people and love to give kisses and snuggle. I really enjoy being petted and loved on! I have a medium to high energy level so I'm going to need an active person or family. That said, I can scale a 10 foot high chain link fence so I will need a privacy fence. I will also need a home with lots of land so I can explore and get plenty of exercise. I'm at a foster home with a big yard and I love to run around freely and don't leave the property. I also love to play in the water and go swimming! I'd love to go walking, jogging, hiking, camping, swimming and to the dog park with my new person or family.
